Welcome to the NEW Village at Castle Pines website and Resident Portal!

The Resident Portal is your new home for reservations, documents and forms.

To access the Resident Portal, you must reset your password by clicking on the forgot password link.

We can transfer over your usernames and email addresses, but not passwords. Going forward, account information can be managed in the “My Account” area of the portal.

If you have an active tennis or pickleball reservation in the system, you will get a new, separate confirmation email that allows you to manage your reservation in the new system.

If you have trouble resetting your password, please submit a ticket here. Due to the volume of phone calls we are getting for the BMW Championship, submitting a ticket is the fastest way to get your problem resolved.
